Zan, China:
The location of the Rembrandt Hotel London was the best part about the hotel. It is fairly central and we found we could walk to nearly everything we wanted to see. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was tiny, it had a double bed in it but if you moved the TV bracket on the wall then you couldn’t walk past the bed.

Devika, India:
We had stayed in City Inn Westminster Hotel in 2004 and really liked it, which is why we came back. This time we did not have such a good stay. It was not at all of the standard of room we had last year. It was tiny, and was very noisy with the reception being so close. I would recommend the hotel if you can get a high floor.
